A fantastic opportunity has emerged for a Housing Assistant to join one of Adecco's most improved public sector housing clients in a full time (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday), temporary role for the next 3 months (The permanent salary would be £25,907 per annum).
Based in Epsom in Surrey for 2 days each week (3 days working from home after the induction period), this role would be ideal for a junior housing professional who is keen to progress their career within housing and learn all about repairs, housing management etc.
Key elements of the role include
Working as part of a team providing a comprehensive service for all telephone, live online chat, and email enquiries.
This will be achieved by assisting and encouraging clients to meet their personalised support plans and to access support and related services from local community organisations.
In this role you will work as part of a team and support clients on a day-to-day basis to empower them to resolve their problems to reach positive outcomes.
We're looking for someone with good customer care skills to provide a focused management service to our residents living in our Over 55's Housing schemes.?
As the first point of contact for our residents, you'll have excellent communication skills, and capable of working with other internal teams to deliver services to residents so they can enjoy their homes and the wider facilities provided.?
You'll be required to manage access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors, and be a key-holder for the building, ensuring security of the communal areas and facilities.?
