Housing for Women is a registered charity and independent housing association.
We champion female empowerment by providing and promoting affordable homes for women and gender-specific support services.
Since 1934, we have been working to build a more equal society for women, a world where everyone has a safe roof over their head regardless of circumstance, where violence against women is no longer tolerated.
We are a social landlord in our own right, with more than 820 rented and shared ownership homes.
Alongside that, we are the largest co-op services agency in the South East, providing landlord, finance and governance expertise as a service provider to over 30 housing co-ops and their 1,800 homes.
CDS is a unique organisation with an unusual mission - to provide, support and promote community-led housing and co-operation - so that more people can shape the things that matter most to them.
You will bring your knowledge and experience of providing a generic housing management service with a focus on dealing with anti-social behaviour and all other forms of tenancy management.
This is a new role and an exciting opportunity for an experienced Housing Management professional to join our team of Tenancy and Customer Service Officers.
We are looking for a confident, people-focused individual with great interpersonal skills for this busy Senior Tenancy Officer role.
At Riverside we recruit to potential not just on skills and experience, so we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the essential criteria on the job description.
If you share our values and are excited about making a significant impact at Riverside, please ensure you attach a current CV and covering letter.
