We are seeking a Housing manager for our government client based in London on an initial 3 month contract paying up to £600 per day inside IR35.
This role allows hybrid working.
The successful candidate will possess proven skills working with the following -

- improving quality and regulation private rented sector
- monitoring of licenesed premises
- empty properties
- venerable private residents
- bidding & leading funded projects
- disabled facilities
