We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and experienced Lettings / Assistant Lettings Manager for a role as a Lettings Manager with a significant earning potential based in the Croydon area.
The Lettings Manager will be responsible for running the Lettings team, encouraging them, developing them and motivating them as well as illustrating the benefits of maintaining relationships with Landlords, tenants and applicants.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Support Worker to join a not-for-profit organisation that provides supported living and supported housing services for vulnerable individuals who have experienced social exclusion, disadvantages or homelessness but have retained the capacity to make independent choices.
They work proactively with their partners to support their residents through their journey to independence and social inclusion.
