We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Housing Options Advisor to interview and assess individuals facing homelessness, promote housing options, and determine statutory duties under the Housing Act 1996, Part 7.
Temporary, 3 month contract (possibility to extend)
Advising on a wide spectrum of housing options to help prevent or relieve (find alternative accommodation) homelessness or improve customers' housing circumstances by making sound judgements on the most suitable and sustainable option available.
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Housing Advisor to join our team in Cambridge on a full-time temporary ongoing basis, with an initial contract period of 3 months.
The Assistant Housing Officer will be responsible for ensuring that cost effective, and value for money services are delivered on local Housing estates, as well as improving the service provision to the customers.

What the job will be doing
