A reputable Social Housing provider that provides a safe housing community for the residents of Leeds is looking to add an experienced housing liaison officer to their team to look after the residents in the South East area of the city.
Wakefield Council are looking for a two Homeless Officers, to work within the Service Wide Duty Team of the Housing Needs Service, dealing with new inquiries and approaches for homeless assistance both by telephone, and in person at the services office.
Yoh will undertake homeless assessments, inquiry work and associated functions to enable the council to meet its statutory responsibilities.
General
We have a fantastic opportunity for two Homeless Officers for Wakefield Council, this is a full-time Temporary role for the next 5 months, with the possibility of extension.
My client is seeking an experienced Homeless Officer with strong knowledge of Part 6 and 7 of the Housing Act 1996.
The Homeless Prevention Officer will be supported into a case load by the team manager helping with any policies and procedures that they may not be familiar too.
The team are looking for an experienced candidate that can add quality amongst knowledgeable peers.
