THE JOB
Liaise with the Secretary's office should you receive information regarding such arrangements as bedroom reservations and private party bookings.
Answering all telephone calls, dealing with queries, taking and recording dining room bookings and transferring all calls to the appropriate departments and to accurately take and pass on messages.
