You will be responsible for
Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks.

We are currently recruiting a Sous Chef to work on a permanent basis in an established kitchen based in the Enfield area.
The right candidate will actively promote the company's values, and will have operational responsibility for planning, preparing and delivering an efficient and good quality meal service.
Shifts are 45 hours, over the course of 5 out of 7 days per week.
