Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team
- Create and execute high-quality, fine dining menus
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health & safety regulations
- Manage kitchen stock and reduce food waste
- Mentor and train junior chefs
- Maintain the highest standards of food presentation and quality

- Have previous experience as a Sous Chef in fine dining or hospitality
