Creates a welcoming environment for residents and customers in our village restaurants with a focus on customer service and providing a wide variety of food and drinks.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the correct processes are followed as well as reviewing and continuously improving the company's approach to employee relations as well as proactively working to mitigate future issues.

General
The Chef (Care Home) manages the day-to-day food and drinks provision in their allocated care home by overseeing a kitchen and team of Senior Hospitality Assistants, with the majority of food prepared by our suppliers.
Total of 30 hours per week to include weekend working.
