As General Manager you will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of the property and candidates are sought with a strong food led Inn / gastro pub with rooms / fine dining restaurant or similar background.

The salary for this permanent Service Manager role is £36,000.
Main Duties
This exciting new development will be home to four adults on the ground floor with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) requiring complex 24/7 care.
The service users may also have profound and multiple communication difficulties, sensory impairments and physical health problems.
You will work 9.00 to 16.00pm 37.5 hours per week, working 7.5 hours a day with shift patterns of 7am-14.30pm and 14.00pm-21.30pm, at Felbrigg House, where you will provide support to people who may be living with severe learning disabilities, autism and behaviours.

Working pattern: 3 to 4 varied shifts over 7 days including early mornings from 5:30am, afternoons, late evenings until 10:00pm and weekends, to be discussed at interview
