The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in the hospitality sector in a similar role. Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of the food and beverage service for all outlets on site - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards - Oversee menu planning and food production - Lead and motivate the kitchen and restaurant team - Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Collaborate with the chef to develop new dishes and menus - Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally Skills: - Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant setting - Strong knowledge of food production, culinary techniques, and kitchen operations - Excellent team management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team - Proficient in food safety standards and regulations - Proven track record of delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment
