Providing comprehensive assessments around support needs and identifying opportunities for appropriate move-on options and successfully achieving those move-ons to a targeted timescale.
To hold responsibility for applying expertise of relevant legislation and to use your initiative to achieve good outcomes for people who use the service.
To provide a comprehensive accommodation based support service to vulnerable adults and young people living in the singles hostels which form part of Camden's Adult and Young People's Pathway ensuring that they are enabled to develop the skills and abilities to move through the pathway to independent and settled accommodation.
Service users present with a range of support needs including mental health, drug and alcohol, domestic violence and offending behaviour.

Job Description: We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Multi-Trades Technicians to join our Social Housing Disrepair team.
The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing properties, addressing issues related to disrepair efficiently and effectively.
This role requires a versatile skill set encompassing various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, plastering, and painting.
To work jointly with the Housing Assessment and Allocation Services to maximise homelessness prevention and the take up of a range of effective solutions to meet housing need.
To provide specialist advice and casework service to a range of residents including, homeless households, households who are threatened with homeless, households in insecure accommodation young people and families within families.
To provide tailored advice to customers approaching the Housing Options and Advice Service on a range of options and opportunities including housing, training & employment, wellbeing, welfare benefits and debt.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a new and innovative council service; a multi-use resource centre and hub for single homeless people.Leading a small multi-disciplinary team to deliver a co-produced and psychologically-informed support service to prevent and tackle homelessness, this role will be varied, fast-paced and outcome focused.
You will undertake all service management including managing a small team, all aspects of the physical environment and delivery of a comprehensive offer of support, recreation and opportunity for single homeless adults.
