You will be supporting the Home Manager to deliver service levels within set budgets and providing continued support to other colleagues enabling them to contribute fully to the care team overall.
We are recruiting for permanent CHAPs to work alongside our Registered Nurses, ensuring optimum levels of person centred care is delivered consistently to all residents.
The Clinical Lead will provide supervision, management, leadership and support to the Nursing staff and Care Practitioners and will work closely with the other home managers to ensure that the companies philosophy of care is adhered to while care is delivered in a compassionate and sensitive manner.
