As a Registered Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of a children's residential service, providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and young people.
You will be accountable for ensuring that the home meets the highest standards of care, quality, and compliance, and that the needs of the children and young people are met.
To be considered for the role you must have
Previous Ofsted Registered Children's Manager or Registered Manager experience or extensive Deputy Manager experience (min 3 years) in a children's home.
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager for a Children's Home, who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and has experience in managing a home with a Good' or Outstanding' Ofsted rating.
Annual Salary: £42k - £51k
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in children's residential care and possess the necessary qualifications and experience to lead a team effectively.
