Your job is to support the Home Manager, Head Office and the HR Manager in daily process tasks such as data entry, data collection and sharing, financial and HR administration, staff rota communication and providing important business information to Head Office.
To provide customers with a knowledgeable and professional first point of contact on the telephone, in writing and in person for Neighbourhood Housing teams.

We are looking for an experienced individual who has worked for a Local Authority in a similar role to carry out the following duties:
As a front-line officer, carry out all duties connected with providing a Private Sector Housing and LicensingService to support the delivery of the regulatory / statutory service in accordance with any relevant Procedure, relevant legislation and case law and other relevant procedures.
To manage a full and varied case workload to meet legislative and departmental time frames.

Key accountabilities
To monitor the different streams of contact from customers, including emails, via the website, and telephone calls and ensure that these are prioritised, recorded and allocated to relevant teams effectively and efficiently.
