Your new role
You'll be responsible for providing a frontline housing & tenancy management service across an allocated patch of properties including overseeing voids, allocations & sign-ups, viewings, exchanges, low level ASB, repairs and some aspects of rent arrears.
Processing incoming referrals, completing sign-ups and inductions with new tenants.
General
You'll be working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week and can receive hourly rates of up to £17ph.
