About the role We are looking to appoint a Catering Assistant to work in our head office canteen to assist the existing team in the smooth running of the kitchen and the preparation and service of breakfast and lunch to our colleagues and visitors. Service Coordinator Location - Rushden Hours - 37.5 hours per week Salary - Up to £25,000 per annum Permanent role Please note this role is fully on site! Do you have office-based experience? Your role is vital to provide Administrative support to the Technical Service Department to ensure the highest quality of service to customers and Engineers! You will also take ownership and coordinate several Customer Service systems. Key duties: Provide administrative support of the Technical Services Department and Customer Service Department Vehicle Fleet as and when required, to assist in the smooth running of the department. Including: Management of van repairs & MOT's Assisting Operations Manager with insurance claims Management of the diary for pool vans on Outlook New van preparation - racking, security, trackers, camera's Management of Congestion Charges & Toll Accounts - ensuring this is correct and old company vehicles are removed. Updating of vehicle ownership log issued to TSD. Administration of Monthly Van checks emailed from engineers. New tooling Engineer consumable stock. Assisting Operations with stock/tooling area Providing Department Manager with costs for budgets and approval. Working with Operations Manager to procure new vans and selling of old. Installation kits, including tools. Hire equipment. Replacement of damaged / missing parts Management of Engineers uniform and PPE Coordinate the allocation and distribution of 'shared tools' ensuring they are available when and where required and fully traceable at all times. This will require involvement in the resource scheduling meetings. Ensure all test and service equipment requiring calibration is calibrated within required timescales with minimal disruption to planned work. Procurement: Produce all installation kits, according to the specification provided by Project Managers / Lead Engineers and manage the return of equipment to the warehouse in order to assist with effective installations. Such as: Person Specification: Good communication skills. Previous office-based experience. Organised Flexible, Team Player and Hands on attitude.
