Reporting Structure
This position reports to the Nurse/Senior Support Worker.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role within the care team by recognizing and facilitating the daily needs of residents.
Your responsibilities will extend to conducting formal supervisions and appraisals, contributing to care planning, and coaching support workers.
