A well established Council is looking for a Ground Maintenance Operative with experience with chainsaws and cutting down small trees to join their company on the Estate and Services Team in the Worcestershire area.
Purpose: All Saints Church has been completely refurbished with exciting potential for serving the people of Wokingham as an active community hub.

Based at the Countryside Office at West Kennett Farm your work will be split between the Avebury Estate and the wider North Wiltshire properties.
Joining the hard working and dedicated team here at Wiltshire Landscape you will play an important role in maintaining our special places and ensuring they are presented to the highest possible standard.
This is a fixed term contract due to end when the previous employee returns from maternity leave.
In this hands-on, outdoors role you will assist with maintenance, presentation, access, and customer service on this special grade 1 registered landscape.
You will also help to ensure the visitor operations, infrastructure, and facilities are maintained to a standard that underpins a visitor experience worthy of one of the north east's major visitor attractions.
Divis & the Black Mountain is the largest greenspace in Belfast and the biggest National Trust property in the region.
Working as part of Belfast Portfolio Operations Team within the Northern Ireland region of the National Trust, you will be working at one of our flagship countryside sites in the region.
You'll work closely with your colleagues in the volunteer and community & programming teams, as well as those in the Divis National Lottery Heritage Funded project team.
An experienced Housing Options/ Prevention/Homelessness Assessment Officer who can hit the ground running working with minimal supervision on a working with offenders and prison releases, candidate will be expected to be part of the Housing Options duty Service, completing assessment, and carrying out prevention and relief work.
And managing a varied caseload Knowledge of Part VII Housing Act 1996, Homelessness Reduction Act and other relevant legislation and statute is required along with experience of carrying out homelessness enquires, casework and drafting s184 decision letters.
Candidates will be required to demonstrate they have practical experience of delivering in a pressurised Housing Options Services and is manage the multiple demands and pressures of the service.
