We're currently seeking a Temporary Service Desk Administrator to join our client on an ongoing basis.
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our service operations, handling email inquiries, taking inbound calls, and ensuring seamless coordination of engineering appointments.
The role of the repairs call handler is to handle a high volume of inbound calls to the repairs line while accurately diagnosing, raising and scheduling a wide range of repairs for residents and communicating regularly with all stakeholders (residents, colleagues and contractors).
