We are looking for experienced, calm and resourceful Relief Support Workers to join our friendly team.
You will provide person-centred care and support with personal care as well as community activities such as walking, swimming and going to the gym.
This will also include planning alongside members of the person's circle of support to enable individuals to be happy, healthy and to be successful in achieving their wishes and aspirations.
