The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and social development of pupils aged 5 to 19 years (Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 5).
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant with a proven track record in managing challenging behavior to join a Secondary SEN school based in Croydon.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working with students exhibiting challenging behavior, along with a passion for supporting children's educational and emotional development.
Responsibilities
Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons, ensuring all students can access the curriculum.
