Duties of the IT Helpdesk Specialist
Provide first line technical support to the firm's user's, handling a variety of IT issues and service requests efficiently.

You will liaise with colleagues in the field and support with processing contractual changes, answering ongoing queries from clients and reconciling payments and other information.
