GRG are working with a client who is based just outside of Birmingham City Centre, to join their expanding Customer Service Department due to an increase in volume of workload.
Our client who are part of a global organisation are seeking an experienced and dedicated new member of staff in the role of Service Desk Advisor.
Monday to Friday 8am 5pm
The overall purpose of the role is to work as part of a team to provide high quality day to day support to enable the effective operation of their customer service desk.
Due to continued growth and expansion my client is looking to recruit an additional 7 Advisors to join their existing Customer Care team.
We are delighted to be working exclusively with a Leicester based client within the service industry for a recruitment drive to boost their customer service team.
The role is based in their new central city offices and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
