Helpdesk Advisors Required!
Birmingham - On-site full-time (Monday - Friday)

GRG are working with a client who is based just outside of Birmingham City Centre, to join their expanding Customer Service Department due to an increase in volume of workload.
This expanding company and team, are seeking a Helpdesk Advisor, to be responsible for providing technical support & general customer service queries, to both internal and external customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, loves the telephone and tech!
Key responsibilities:
- Responding to customer queries and providing technical support via phone, email and chat
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
- Collaborating with other teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
What are we looking for?
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in a technical customer service support role, scheduling and appointment setting customer service telephony experience
