Our Client, Peterborough Council, is seeking a Children's Social Worker to join their 16-25 Transition Team. Fantastic payrate of £32 per hour! Responsibilities of this role: 16-25 Transition Team, complete children and families' assessments and Care Act assessments from referral stage, working with children and family and young people and their families completing reviews and DOLS assessments. Hybrid with 20% in the office. Hybrid expecting to be in the office at least 2 days a week, to attend team meetings in person and to be in the office on duty days. Requirements of this role: Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England. Must have minimum of 2 years' experience.
