Our Client, Peterborough Council, is seeking a Children's Social Worker to join their 16-25 Transition Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
- 16-25 Transition Team, complete children and families' assessments and Care Act assessments from referral stage, working with children and family and young people and their families – completing reviews and DOLS assessments.
- Hybrid with 20% in the office. Hybrid expecting to be in the office at least 2 days a week, to attend team meetings in person and to be in the office on duty days.
Requirements of this role:
- Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
- Must have minimum of 2 years' experience.
