The opportunity
The role will play a key part within the site management team to ensure quality strategy and process continue to develop with the business.
The site operates to stringent industry regulations including aerospace, and is proud to hold excellent quality and compliance results against these standards.
Manage a caseload of learners and employers ensuring timely achievements and progression.
Support the raising of standards in accordance with the aims and strategic objectives of the organisation.
The role is to provide excellent teaching and learning sessions for Level 2 and 3 Customer Service and Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship standards, both face to face and remotely.
