Our client is a well-established and growing industrial business based near Newcastle, who we are delighted to be working with exclusively to appoint a key Quality Manager role.
The opportunity:
The role will play a key part within the site management team to ensure quality strategy and process continue to develop with the business. The site operates to stringent industry regulations including aerospace, and is proud to hold excellent quality and compliance results against these standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Review, analyse and continually develop the QMS
- Adherence to regulatory compliance against various industry standards
- Effective management of a small team of Quality Inspectors
- Management of both internal and external audits, as well as supplier audits
- Customer complaints and NCR's
About you:
You will have previous experience in a Quality Management role within a manufacturing environment, and hold a certification in NEBOSH and/or IOSH. A strong understanding of ISO regulations such as 14001 and 45001, both implementation and ongoing management. You will also demonstrate excellent communication and people management skills.
