Hunter Mental Health is currently working alongside a great Community Mental Health Recovery Team which is part of an collaborative community service through an NHS Trust who proudly boast being one of the most diverse providers of within physical and mental health healthcare.
The Service is the leading provider of health and social care services for people of all ages with mental ill-health and learning disabilities in Surrey and North East Hampshire.
They also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.
The offical job title for this role is Hubs Mobility Services Lead
Mainly working from home but not 100% as you will be expected to attend meetings/events when required at their office in Carshalton and other locations as deemed necessary in the Dorset, Berkshire, Hampshire & Isle of Wight.
During the training process you will be expected to go to the Carshalton office to understand the process for the role - once you have been trainined you can work from home - this would be expected to be about a month of training (give or take) .
