Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to lead a Mental Health Service in Shrewsbury.
The service focuses on helping customers develop the skills and resources necessary to live independently, manage and sustain a tenancy, and prepare for a transition to independent living.
The service provides crucial step-down support from mental health rehabilitation to offering housing-related supported accommodation to customers.

We operate two site teams working around the UK and our workshop team of 3-4 operatives based in our workshop helping out on site occasionally.
Our workshop team manufactures a range of counters, bars, drinks units, cabinetry, timber claddings etc using reclaimed rustic materials as well as new.
We also manufacture architectural joinery on a smaller scale, shopfronts doors etc all for the commercial sector.
Reporting to the Human Resources (HR) Manager, assist with the development and implementation of the company's HR function, in support of the whole business.

Role overview: As the Design Manager you will work in a close knit team, primarily working on a Healthcare scheme but you will have the opportunity to operate across a variety of projects within DFE, Healthcare, Heritage and Commercial space.

To be considered for this role, it is essential you have previously worked for a tier one main contractor and recently managed the life cycle of a Health Care scheme.
As the Project Manager, you will be working for a respectable and thriving main contractor managing a multimillion project and will be responsible for delivering the end product on time, within budget and to the agreed quality.
