Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence: Deliver high-quality mental health nursing care to individuals in various settings, including hospitals, community care, and other healthcare facilities.
We are looking for an experienced Band 6 mental health nurse for one of the Trusts in East Anglia.
The trust offers a range of mental health services for adults, children, and older people, including community-based care, inpatient services, and crisis support.
The trust also works closely with local communities, healthcare providers, and other agencies to ensure comprehensive support for those experiencing mental health challenges.
The Trust focuses on helping people stay healthy and independent in their homes or close to where they live, minimizing the need for hospital visits.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated specialist physiotherapist to work in the community setting of one of the largest community hospitals in East Anglia.
The Trust delivers a wide range of services, including community nursing, therapy services, specialist care for children and adults, and end-of-life care.
You will have experience carrying out a diverse range of duties, including the assessment, formulation, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of nursing care that is evidence-based, person-centered, and recovery-focused.
As a Band 5 Registered Nurse (Mental Health or Learning Disabilities), you will have at least six months of previous experience working in an inpatient mental health setting as part of a multidisciplinary team.
