Search Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Community Physiotherapist to join an NHS Trust in Norfolk on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in patient's lives, providing care in their own homes or community settings.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop and implement personalised treatment plans.
  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy interventions, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, monitoring progress and adjusting treatments as needed.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Experience working at Band 6 level or a strong Band 5 background looking to step up.
  • Proven experience in a community or similar setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse and demanding caseload independently.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
