Purpose of the RoleThe Technical Services team is responsible for the delivery of a safe and well-maintained shopping Centre, by ensuring that the building, equipment, machinery, and aesthetics are fully maintained and operational through the use of planned, reactive, and cost-effective engineering and maintenance.
The department will ensure all records and reports relating to the shopping Centre are kept up-to-date and analysed to identify opportunities for service improvements.
A key component to the department is to enhance the brand and overall profitability of the asset by achieving performance targets and other business plan objectives.
