Night shift is lone working, however you will have adequate shadow shifts and support from a team of long standing team members who know the gentleman and his needs well.
This role will be supporting an individual with a brain injury and concurrent health complications following a road traffic accident.You will effectively become part of their everyday life, taking a calm and organised approach to assist with day to day duties such as companionship, assisting with daily tasks, giving them regular prompts with medication and supporting on complex needs too.
