Your New Role In your new role as Head of HR, you will support and enable the organisation to achieve its vision and objectives, through its people, by providing a broad range of professional People services. Exceptional organisational, influencing & negotiation skills with proven leadership capabilities Programme & Project management. Demonstrable experience of managing people, budgets and external providers/partners to ensure best value and outcomes. In depth knowledge of current employment legislation and its application. Demonstrable experience of leading and managing Employee Relations initiatives, including negotiation with trade union representatives. Ability to Influence others and gain their commitment and enthusiasm. Ability to actively seek, identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
