As a HR Business Partner, you will provide HR support to managers and employees across the organisation. You will act as a strategic partner to senior leaders and line managers, providing guidance on all HR matters related to the employees in the departments you support. This role requires an immediate start, initially for 3 months, but with the likelihood of extension. Client Details The organisation is a significant player in the public sector in Bradford, where you will feel like you are making a direct impact to people's lives. Description The role of the HRBP is to provide strategic and operational HR support across the organisation. You will act as the first point of contact for employees and line managers on people matters, along with providing advice and guidance on people policies, employee relations issues, performance management, learning and development, and recruitment. Lead on organisational change and development initiatives. Develop, implement, and review HR strategies and initiatives. Advise on learning and development needs within the departments. Monitor and report on HR metrics to guide decision-making. Provide advice and guidance on complex HR matters. Support the development of HR staff within the organisation. Profile I am looking for applicants who are immediately available and can demonstrate that they meet the following requirements: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role. Experience within a Public Sector organisation is desirable Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Experience of implementing HR initiatives and managing change. Excellent interpersonal, communication and consulting skills. Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to resolve complex issues with empathy, sensitivity and confidentiality. Proficient with HR systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Job Offer A competitive salary in the region of £45,000 - £50,000 pa. A supportive and inclusive working environment.
