You'll be responsible for supporting the Head Office Recruitment Consultants with directly sourcing candidates for roles across various departments, including Buying, Procurement, Supply Chain, Property, Finance, HR and Advertising. You will be working in an extremely fast paced operational role where you'll be able to build on your previous resourcing experience and develop your recruitment skills in a supportive team. To keep in line with company structure this role will be called Recruitment Officer internally' What you'll do You'll be working with Head Office Recruiters to take briefs on vacant positions and agree a sourcing strategy and timelines Use your actively sourcing and headhunting skills to find the best candidates on job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter You will create pipelines and engage with candidates, providing regular communication and updates Help support with advertising roles on job boards and other attraction methods You'll screening CVs through our ATS (SF Recruiting) and feeding back to candidates in a timely manner Conducting first stage phone interviews, collating notes and shortlisting for the Recruiters Researching the market and keeping on top of industry news and trends Coming up with new innovative ideas for attracting and finding the best candidates Providing ad hoc administrative support for the Recruitment team, including monitoring inboxes What you'll need You'll have recent recruitment experience Experience telephone interviewing candidates and the ability to assess their suitability for different positions Confident using LinkedIn as a tool to source talent Self-motivated, able to work well in a team and independently within a high pressured environment Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise your workload and multi-task in a busy, varied role Strong communication skills and the ability to build successful relationships with candidates and the wider business Good attention to detail with the ability to work independently and take ownership of your area You'll be able to start in July 2024 What you'll receive 30 days holiday (pro rata) 10% in-store discount Ongoing training Enhanced family leave Pension scheme Plus, more of the perks you deserve If you're ready to get stuck in, want to get more out of your career and make a real difference, find your place at Lidl and apply now.
