Salary Range: £70,000 - £100,000 per annum

About the Role: We are seeking a leader with substantial experience in steering high-quality, in-house recruitment services for our client. Sitting within their Core Team at Head Office in Lytham St Annes, and reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for defining and leading the Recruitment Strategy for their organization.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing the Talent Strategy to drive business outcomes
  • Gathering insights for data analysis and reporting
  • Leading high-performing teams and change programs
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with partners, agencies, and candidates
  • Direct sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Managing recruitment processes and documentation
  • Conducting meetings with hiring managers and attending job fairs

What You Will Bring:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role with overall responsibility for performance and assessment
  • Strong experience in people development, particularly at executive levels
  • Experienced and certified in the use of performance assessment tools
  • Experience in leading high performing teams and driving change programmes
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging and collaborating with stakeholders across functions at all levels

Personal Specification:

  • Relevant experience in a recruitment role with extensive stakeholder management
  • Ability to source and recruit for any business needs anywhere within the UK & Europe
  • Excellent people skills - able to collaborate with a wide range of people to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation, time management, and decision-making skills
