My client is a large non-profit organisation that has a newly created and exciting opportunity available for an experienced Reward Consultant to join them on a 9-month fixed-term contract. You will work closely with the Director of People and Inclusion to support them in designing and developing the organisations pay strategy and policy. As a Reward Consultant, you will design and create a pay framework that is fit for the future, attracting, retaining, and motivating their employees whilst working within their financial envelope. We are looking for someone that is a subject matter expert in Reward, with a particular focus on pay frameworks and someone who can work with their stakeholders to inform and advise. Please note: Should you be successful in your application, you will be required to provide 3 years' worth of references and where applicable, will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check. Key responsibilities: Design and deliver an organisational pay framework that is fair and transparent whilst ensuring it is future proof and affordable. Conduct a pay and benefits benchmarking exercise. Analyse the pay position using existing models. Upskilling the People team and other key stakeholders to ensure consistency in the operation of reward. Contributing towards the overall development and management of the People and Inclusion function, working collaboratively with People colleagues What we're looking for: Significant experience in Pay and Reward, in a senior position within a complex organisation Experience in designing and implementing successful pay frameworks and costing pay models. Proven ability to plan, identify and mitigate risk, manage, and deliver programmes or projects. Proven experience of working with senior stakeholders, with the ability to advise and influence. Based in their stunning City offices (working hybrid) you'll be working alongside the wider Reward team, responsible for Compensation and Benefits - supported by a Reward Analyst and an administrator. As Reward Manager you will be responsible for reviewing, improving, and managing all activities pertaining to compensation, benefits, and analytics reporting to make sure they are constantly able to adapt and innovate. While there will be BAU work within this role, as well as autonomy when it comes to Compensation benchmarking, reporting and advising, and the delivery of Benefits - they really want someone able to look at the Reward strategy, work closely with the partners and other senior stakeholders and demonstrate insight and solutions. Duties will include; Prepare for and deliver the annual reward cycle effectively, on time and on budget. Take responsibility for compensation modelling and analysis.
