Reward Lead

Frazer Jones are pleased to be partnering with a financial services company on an exclusive basis to secure a Junior Reward Manager. This is a unique opportunity for a total reward professional that's just entered the manager grade or a Senior Analyst that's looking to make the step up to Manager. The company is a leading provider of financial services solutions and is seeking a talented compensation and benefits expert to join their dynamic HR team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping their rewards strategy, ensuring its competitiveness and effectiveness. The business is on a high growth trajectory where you'll become a key player in defining and implementing the company's job architecture, reward framework and over time help build out the reward team.

What you'll do:

  • Design, develop, and manage new reward programs and initiatives, fostering a culture of recognition and engagement.
  • Oversee the annual salary and bonus budgeting and review process, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Manage company salary structures, conducting market benchmarking and salary surveys to maintain competitive compensation.
  • Support HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation queries and internal salary ranges.
  • Administer reward programs, including share awards and schemes, ensuring accurate records and reporting.
  • Prepare comprehensive management reports on reward programs, recommending improvements and actions.
  • Manage monthly and year-end reward reporting, including statutory and gender pay gap data.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on the annual employee wellbeing and engagement survey.
  • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and resources to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
  • Partner with the Benefits team to enhance the DE&I aspects of our wellbeing strategy.
  • Supporting with job architecture projects.

To be considered for this role you should have proven experience in compensation and benefits management. The role is more weighted in compensation work and you should completed at least 4 compensation rounds, carried out benchmarking and have ideally delivered on compensation related projects (e.g. job grading work). You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools is a must and you should be a confident user of Excel. You also need the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations. A passion for DE&I and CSR initiatives is also key.
