THE GIG Embark on a ground-breaking journey as the Global Head of Reward at Dr. Martens in a newly created position in our Reward & HR Infrastructure Leadership Team. As our Global Head of Reward you will be responsible for: Developing and embedding a world-class Total Reward strategy Leading on various aspects of Total Reward, including compensation, benefits, reporting, and analytics Collaborating with the Reward & HR Infrastructure Director to shape and deliver a global COE, setting and monitoring the total reward budget and ensuring compensation practices comply with laws and regulations. Pay rate: £13.50 per hour week day, £14.00 weekend day, £15.00 weekend waking night (Weekly Pay) Full- time hours available Location: Shaftesbury Requirements: Full UK drivers license required to be considered Experience working in the care sector in the UK Experience using PEG for feeding/medication would be advantageous but not essential Unfortunately we cannot provide VISA sponsorshipand we do not hire on a relocation basis, you must currently be based within a commutable distance to Shaftesbury.
