**The Ideal Candidate.
- You will currently be a Head Chef from a similar background.
- Have extensive knowledge of different types of cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Natural leader of people who can inspire a team and bring out individual potential, whilst offering growth and support.
- Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery consistently.
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional dishes using the finest ingredients and maintaining a strong relationship with the suppliers.
- Have exceptional cooking skills and palette, with an outstanding attention to detail.
- A charismatic and confident communicator with your team, whilst also calm and collective.
- Being alert for opportunities to improve the profitability of the department, through stock control, GP and labour.
- Professional, hardworking, flexible and keeping up to date with the newest trends in the industry.

- Have responsibility for ensuring the brigade complies with all health & safety and food safety policies and procedures.
