We are looking for an exceptional Head Chef with a background in fine dining for a unique boutique hotel and restaurant in the countryside near Oxford.
Menus are fresh, seasonal, and focused on local produce including sustainable fish and rare-breed meats - which come from their own local farm.
The hotel has 23 bedrooms, 2 restaurants, an award-winning cocktail bar, private dining rooms and events space.
Working as a Head Chef at Barchester, you will have the chance to deliver hotel/restaurant standards without the split shifts and long weeks.
Chefs have full autonomy in creating nutritious, flavoursome and well balanced menus whilst liaise with residents to tailor the menus around them.
