Salary / Rate of pay: from £40,000 annum (dependent on experience)
As a Pastry Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Chef and Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of the pastry section, maintaining the highest standards.
Your creativity and expertise will contribute to the development of dishes and menus for various dining experiences, including Afternoon Tea, Dinner, and Pub fare, as well as event catering, all while utilizing the finest local and national ingredients.
Situated in a picturesque Scottish town in the cairngorms national park this would suit a candidate who enjoys the outdoors or a rural living environment.
