Our client has had an exceptional first half of the year and is looking to add a Head of Sales into one of their offices to continue to grow market share and replicate this success into the latter part of 2024.
With transactions from £500k-£6m, you will be responsible for both Core and Prime market clients, across a broad scope of NW6, W10 and NW10.
You will already be in a successful position of instruction winning, client care and have a demonstrable track record of success, ideally in NW6 or in comparable markets.
Build and Manage Sales Team: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team comprising employees, agents, and distributors.
Develop and Execute Global Retail & Wholesale Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive retail and wholesale strategy with a strong focus on EMEA and APEC regions to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
