Our successful, established and growing client have a new and very exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join their team in Bristol. This is a full time, permanent position, where you will perform a pivotal marketing role for the group. The working hours are Monday - Thursday 09.00 - 5.00 pm and Friday 09.00 - 3.00 pm. Whilst initially you will be based more in the office, there is flexibility to work generally 1 - 2 days in the office. The salary on offer is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience), holidays are 28 days plus Bank Holidays (3 days to be reserved for the Christmas period). Create engaging and compelling content for marketing materials, such as website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials. Manage company social media accounts, including content creation, posting, engagement, and community management. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and use insights to inform marketing strategies. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports to management. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and materials. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support marketing initiatives. Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources appropriately to maximise ROI and achieve desired outcomes. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, and propose innovative ideas to enhance marketing efforts. Skills Required Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on strategy development, campaign execution, and content creation. Marketing experience within the packaging sector is desirable but not essential Commercially driven with a track record of delivering ROI on marketing activities. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools and email marketing software. Self-starter with the ability to generate ideas, prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and influencing skills.
