About the role
As Head of People Projects, you will be responsible for delivering specific projects, including transferring two pension schemes to one new provider, managing payroll audit findings, and developing a centralised training matrix.
Key responsibilities include
Support the Director of People in delivering the charities strategy, 3-year plan, and People Strategy.
To lead learning support and inclusion across inclusive learning and cross college programmes
To lead strategically on the growth and demands of learning support working closely with a range of local authorities
To lead a specialist and dedicated team of Learning support professionals that have a demonstrable impact upon student progress, achievement, retention and personal development
A fantastic opportunity has emerged for a Head of Temporary Accommodation & Support to join one of Adecco's leading Local Government clients in a temporary contract, until they recruit permanently for the post.
This a full time role (36 hours each week, Monday to Friday) and interviews will take place in mid October 2024.

Head of Pensions & Treasury
You will provide guidance and support to the Pension Fund Committee and Local Pension Board in carrying out their duties.
You will manage the team that has day-to-day accountability for implementation of pension policy and oversight of external service providers including investment managers, third party administrator, consultants and advisors.
The ideal candidate would have strong experience in CRM (Dynamics ideally) and they will be expected to build relationships across a wide stakeholder community and business partners, to ensure assigned portfolios of change are managed effectively and in alignment with the organisational strategy.

This role will be responsible in leading the HSE, wellbeing and safeguarding strategy across the division.
The role will work closely with Directors, Managers, staff, and internal and external clients to raise awareness of HSE and ensure that risks are fully managed in a proactive way and in line with compliance.
