We are now recruiting for a Service Administrator for a very well-established international business that have a head office based in Hemel Hempstead, working closely with the team based in their modern offices in the Maylands area.
Training will be fully office based however after training you will be required in the office 3 days a week and 2 days from home.
This team have a very calm and relaxed ethos that runs through the company, as well as offering an extremely flexible working environment.
These products become even more popular in the lead up to Christmas, and for that reason, they have to increase the number of staff within their Member Services team by 35 - 50 each year - just to deal with the sheer volume of orders coming in.
Our Client has been established for over 150 years, and is passionate about the products they offer to their members (customers).
Please note, this is based on a slight shift rota - so you could start between 9 - 10 in the morning, and finish between 5 - 6 in the evening, plus you will be required to work at least one Saturday per month (with a day off in the week).
The Customer Sservice Administrator will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to new and existing customers.
